3. Standard delivery of all products remains 5 ~ 40 Business Days unless otherwise stated as above (Point 2). 

4. Josephsan will strive to deliver the purchases to our customers within the stated delivery days promptly.

5. Our customers will be updated on the delivery status via WHATSAPP or normal SMS.

• The most common ring sizes for ladies ranges from size 5 to 8.  Sizes 6 & 7 are the most popular ring sizes.  Some ring designs do not come in half sizes.  In such cases, customers will have to choose the closest size available for the design. Please refer to the General Ring Size Chart for more information.

• For customers who are unsure about their ring size, we offer a FREE multisizer for the ring purchase made.  Please select "YES" in the above option if you would like to receive the ring multisizer.  Measure and update us on your ring size via SMS, WHATSAPP or Email.

• We will arrange with our customers for a one-time exchange of the ring(s) if the ordered size is incorrect.  However, the ring(s) returned must be in its good condition with the original packaging as received with no stains, tarnish and / or be in any form of damage. The exchange must be done within 7 ~ 14 days from the day customers received the order. 

• Please allow 10 ~ 14 Business Days for us to ship the newly measured ring size to you if it is not immediately available in our store.
